Visa
Applicants requiring a visa to enter Zimbabwe are encouraged to apply online through the official Zimbabwe e-Visa system.

Please note: Visa applications are submitted directly through the Zimbabwe e-Visa portal. Neither the Consulate-General in Bangkok nor the Embassy in Malaysia accepts paper visa applications.
Types of Visa
The Zimbabwe e-Visa system provides several categories of visas, including tourist visas, business visas and the KAZA Univisa, subject to eligibility and immigration requirements.
- Tourist Visa
Travellers visiting Zimbabwe for tourism, holidays or private visits may apply for a Tourist Visa through the official Zimbabwe e-Visa portal, subject to the applicable immigration requirements.
- Business Visa
Travellers visiting Zimbabwe for business purposes may apply for a Business Visa through the official Zimbabwe e-Visa portal, subject to the applicable immigration requirements. Applicants should ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months from the date of entry.
Applicants are also advised to carry supporting documents, including:
- a business invitation letter
- a return flight itinerary
- accommodation details
- KAZA Univisa
The KAZA Univisa is a joint tourist visa that allows eligible travellers to make multiple entries between Zimbabwe and Zambia without obtaining separate visas for each country.
Thai nationals are eligible to apply for the KAZA Univisa, subject to the immigration requirements of both countries and entry through designated ports.
Applications are submitted through the Zimbabwe e-Visa portal. During the online application process, applicants should select KAZA Univisa as the visa category.
How to Apply
- Create an account on the Zimbabwe e-Visa portal.
- Complete the online application form.
- Upload all required supporting documents.
- Pay the applicable visa fee.
- Await notification by email.
Visa Processing
All visa applications are processed and approved solely by the Zimbabwe Immigration Authorities.
The Consulate-General in Bangkok and the Embassy of Zimbabwe in Malaysia are not involved in the assessment or approval of visa applications.

Visa Extension
Please note that the Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe in Malaysia does not issue visa extension letters.
Travel Information
Yellow Fever
A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required only for travellers arriving from, or transiting through, countries where Yellow Fever is present.
Electronic Arrival Form
Zimbabwe has introduced an electronic arrival form through the official Zimbabwe e-Visa portal. Travellers are encouraged to complete the online arrival process before travelling, where applicable.
